Already known as a leader in the industry, Codipro constantly work to improve and develop their range of rotating lifting rings, shackles and eyebolts and now the Team from Luxembourg have introduced the Gradup range. This new range offers a significant increase of up to 11% in the working load limit, with a factor of safety of 5:1 as internationally required or 4:1 as defined in the EN1677-1 standard.
Each unit is marked with the torque tightening value and traceable serial number and has an anti-corrosion coating which means these rings are resistant to salt mist spray for up to 600 hours. The permanent grease lubrication between the components enables smooth rotation through 360⁰ even while under load and the 180⁰ articulation ensures the correct orientation with any load configuration.
